How I Saved My Client Hours by Sorting Her Testimonials

You know when clients have loads of lovely feedback floating around but no time to actually do anything with it? That was the situation here. She had reviews on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and even a brilliant video testimonial, but they were just sitting there, doing nothing.
 
She also had testimonials that had been emailed to her, sent as Facebook messages, texted over, and saved in random places. She forwarded everything to me, and I made sure those were included too.
 
So, she asked me to sort it.

I pulled all the written reviews together, one by one, and added them to her website using her testimonial plugin so they looked clean, consistent, and totally on brand.
 
Then there was the video. It was huge. I converted it into an MP4, uploaded it to her cloud space, and embedded it on her site. Easy for visitors to watch, without slowing anything down.
 
To make it even more useful, I used Restream AI to transcribe the video, then popped that into a shared ChatGPT project where I’d already added her blog posts and site copy. That meant the AI had her tone locked in, and it came back with a lovely short excerpt to sit next to the video. Job done.
 
This could have taken her hours. And when you’re running a business, especially one where your time is better spent helping actual people, those hours matter. Her rate is higher than mine anyway, so she made a smart choice.
 
Now her testimonials are actually working for her, not just gathering digital dust.
 
Next up, I’ll be helping her repurpose the testimonials for social media. I’m also creating a simple template on her Canva account so she can keep things updated herself whenever new feedback rolls in.
